Booking & Cancellation Policy

At QD Skinnovations, we value your time and strive to provide a seamless experience for every client.

To better serve you, we have implemented the following:

✔ Booking Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment.

For complimentary services, this helps reserve your slot and ensure availability.

✔ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a late cancellation fee
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a no-show fee
  
  

✔ Booking System (Mindbody)

To make your booking experience smooth and secure, you will be asked to create or sign in to your Mindbody account and add a card on file.

This allows us to reserve your time and provide better service. Your card will only be used when applicable based on your booking.
